§ 28. Mr. Andrew SmithTo ask the Secretary of State for Transport if he will make a statement as to the amount of room the statutory authorities will need on a train using the Channel tunnel; and whether this will give rise to any special difficulties in rolling stock construction.
§ 59. Mr. MorganTo ask the Secretary of State for Transport what conditions as to space for their purposes the statutory authorities will impose on British Rail for trains using the Channel tunnel; and whether there will be any special conditions for rolling stock construction.
§ Mr. David MitchellI understand that the Customs and immigration authorities are currently discussing their requirements with British Rail. Any agreed on-train requirements will be taken into account in the specification for the Channel tunnel rolling stock.
§ 31. Mr. AndersonTo ask the Secretary of State for Transport what recent representations he has received about the provision of customs and immigration facilities for the Channel tunnel.

§ 54. Mr. AdleyTo ask the Secretary of State for Transport when he expects to receive from British Rail its report on additional rail routes to the Channel tunnel; and when he expects to publish it.
