§ Mr. Moynihan[holding answer 16 June 1988]: The Department has received many representations about fly-tipping in London, including dumping of building waste, both from hon. Members and from the general public. We recognise this as a serious problem and have consulted on legislative proposals which assist its solution. We expect to announce the conclusions of the consultation shortly.
