§ Mr. LawsonI shall be meeting the Finance Ministers of the other six major industrial nations in Toronto at the economic summit early next week. One of the United Kingdom's main objectives for the summit will be to agree a specific set of measures to implement my initiative to help the poorest most heavily indebted countries in sub-Saharan Africa.
