§ Mr. Douglas HoggAll prisoners on home leave receive travelling expenses and subsistence for the journey. Householders who are in receipt of income support may apply for financial assistance under paragraph 6304 of the social fund manual, but the operation of these arrangements is a matter for my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Social Services.
