§ Mr. MoynihanI have not discussed the Englandv. Scotland match directly with the football authorities. Immediately following the match the Football Association launched an internal inquiry into the incidents which occurred both in and around the stadium. Evidence will be taken from all relevant bodies. I have asked to see a copy of the report of the inquiry as soon as it is available. I will be discussing progress on anti-hooliganism measures with the football authorities on 5 July.
