§ The Attorney-GeneralThe costs which have been incurred but not yet discharged, accounts not yet having been delivered, are legal costs for the hearing before the High Court of Australia, for the hearing before the Court of Appeal of New Zealand and for the hearings before Mr. Justice Scott and the Court of Appeal in this country. In addition, an order for costs has been made against Her Majesty's Government in Australia and New Zealand, and a similar order is under appeal in this country.
