§ Mr. Peter BottomleyLanding and related airport charges at these airports are matters for BAA plc subject to compliance with the United Kingdom's international obligations in respect of such charges. Navigation service charges at these airports are set at a level sufficient to recover the costs of the Civil Aviation Authority in providing the services, including an average rate of return of 7 per cent. on the relevant net assets, on a current cost basis.
