§ Mr. PortilloI have no plans to publish a full set of "Households Below Average Income" figures for 1979. However, "Low Income Statistics—Report of a Technical Review" proposes that data for an earlier year (perhaps 1971) might be included in a future edition. Copies of this report are available in the Library.
