§ Mr. PaiceTo ask the Secretary of State for Employment in each of the years 1980–81 to 1987–88 and in projections for each year until 1990–91, how many school leavers aged 15, 16 and 17 years entered the employment market; how many of these gained places on the YTS or its predecessors; how many entered employment; how many were unemployed; of those entering the YTS, how many had employee status; and in the years after the introduction of the two-year YTS, how many second year trainees there were and how many of these had employee status.
