§ Mr. Tony LloydTo ask the Secretary of Slate for Transport what is the casualty rate per mile travelled, or nearest appropriate indicator, for(a) private vehicle drivers, (b) private vehicle passengers aged over 18 years, (c) private vehicle passengers aged under 18 years but over five years, (d) private vehicle passengers aged five years and under, (e) motor cyclists, (f) motor cycle pillion passengers aged over 18 years, (g) motor cycle pillion passengers aged under 18 years, (h) cyclists aged over 18 years, (i) cyclists under 18 years but over 11 years., (j) cyclists aged 11 years and under, and (k) commercial lorry drivers; and if he will make a statement.
