§ Mr. Michael BrownTo ask the Secretary of State for Social Security if, pursuant to his answer to the hon. Member for Eastbourne (Mr. Gow) of 23 June,Official Report, columns 723–24, he will now make a statement on the relocation of work in his Department from London.
§ Mr. ScottWe have decided to go ahead with relocating some work from local offices in London broadly on the scale recommended in the report, "The Business of Service", which was published on 24 June. Consideration is still being given to the possibility of relocating some headquarters work.
