To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish in theOfficial Report, in the same format as his reply of 13 July Official Report, columns 231–34, an analysis of capital receipts on his programmes.

[holding answer 28 July 1988]: For DOE housing expenditure, no further breakdown is available beyond the figures given in my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State's reply of 13 July. All the receipts for charges relate to local authorities' non-housing revenue account current expenditure.
