To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland (1) how many convictions there have been in the last five years for which information is available for contraventions of section 2, section 7(3), section 19(1), section 29(2), section 33(4) and (5), section 34(3) and (6), section 36(3), section 38(4), section 41(1), section 41(3), section 50(6), and section 54(1 )(a) and (b) of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 1976;

(2) how many convictions there have been in the last five years for which information is available for contraventions of section 57(7) and (8), section 58(7), section 58(8), section 59(7), section 64(6), section 68(1), (2), (3) and (5), section 69(1) and (2), section 70(1), section 72(1) and section 73(1) of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 1976;

(3) how many convictions there have been in the last five years for which information is available for contraventions of section 84, section 85, section 86, section 87(1)(a) and (b), section 88, section 89, section 90(a), (b) and (c), section 92(1)(a) and (b), section 91(2) and (3), section 92(1), section 91(2) and section 93 of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 1976;

(4) how many convictions there have been in the last five years for which information is available for contraventions of section 94(1), section 95, section 96(a) and (b), section 97(1), (2), (3) and (4), section 98(1) and (2), section 99(a) and (b) of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 1976.

(5) how many convictions there have been in the last five years for which information is available for contraventions of section 100(a) and (b), section 101(1) and (2), section 103, section 111, section 112(1) and (3), section 113, section 114(2), section 119 section 120(1) and (2), section 120(7), section 123(2) of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 1976.

The available information is given in the table. I regret that it is not possible to provide statistics in the precise format requested. Section 50(6) was repealed by the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1981 and section 94(1) by the Finance Act 1981.
