§ Mrs. CurrieI am informed that up to now the Health and Safety Executive has taken the view that the general duties imposed under the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 would be sufficient in this regard. Further consideration is, however, being given to the recommendations in the Employment Committee's report "Legionnaires' Disease in the Working Environment".
