Mr. Worthing tonTo ask the Secretary of State for Energy if he will publish a table in theOfficial Report, in the same format as his written reply of 7 July, Official Report, columns 664–66, on receipts classified as charges in respect of his programme expenditure over the years 1982–83 to 1990–91, on a basis consistent with the reply of 27 May, Official Report, Volume 134, columns 375–76, indicating the receipts in respect of running costs expenditure together with a supplementary analysis 286W indicating, separately, the amounts of receipts in respect of programme expenditure and of running costs expenditure estimated to have been met from other public expenditure programmes.
