To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs when he expects to publish the latest edition of the Overseas Development Administration's annual review.

The 1987 annual review, which for the first time includes articles from the business and voluntary sectors, is being published today. Copies have been placed in the Library of the House.
