§ Mr. LangThe "Fraser of Allander Institute Quarterly Commentary" concludes that
both short-term and long-term prospects for the Scottish economy continue to be favourable".I wholeheartedly agree with the commentary that growth in the Scottish economy this year and in the years ahead is likely to match that of the United Kingdom as a whole.
