Member for Arundel of 12 April,Official Report, column 81, a decision has been reached on the possibility of constructing the Crossbush section of the Arundel bypass in advance of the rest of the scheme.
§ Mr. Peter BottomleyI am pleased to say that we are going ahead. The case for proceeding with the Crossbush section in advance of the main scheme is acceptable. The necessary work is now under way for publication of draft orders under the Highways Act this autumn.
