Mr. Alfred Morris

To ask the Secretary of State for Social Services, pursuant to the answer of 21 July, if he will name the seven local authorities which failed to provide returns concerning services they provided for people with disabilities for 1986–87; and what action he is taking.

The local authorities concerned are: Cleveland, Wolverhampton, Westminster, Kingston-Upon-Thames, Kent, Devon and the Isles of Scilly. Several reminders have been sent.
