§ Mr. Peter BottomleyThe study consultants have made an initial assessment of the impact of each option on existing traffic movement patterns. Growth and capacity assumptions and forecasting techniques will be addressed in the detailed assessment and testing of the options in the rest of stage 2.
§ Mr. SoleyTo ask the Secretary of State for Transport what proposals he has to compensate(a) local authorities, (b) housing associations and (c) owner-occupiers if the western environmental improvement route is constructed.
