However, the British Tourist Authority's Channel tunnel national tourism working party has produced a report, "The Channel Tunnel—An opportunity and a challenge for British Tourism", a summary of which has been sent to all Members of both Houses of Parliament. This report examines the potential for regions other than the south-east to benefit from the increase in tourists from the continent. A copy of the full report is available from the Library.
