To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will take steps to establish a national cricket coaching system; and if he will make a statement.

§ Mr. Moynihan
A national cricket coaching system was introduced in 1952. The scheme is run by the National Cricket Association, on behalf of the Cricket Council, the game's overall governing body.
