§ Mr. GristAs indicated by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment on 29 June, at columns254–256, a code of practice will be produced to give guidance on the steps required to discharge the statutory duty of care which is to be imposed on both producers and holders of waste including importers and holders of imported waste.
