Member has in mind the report of the public local inquiry into the city of Dundee district council's proposals for a travellers' site at Panmurefield, Broughty Ferry. The report of the public local inquiry has been sent to the district council and other interested parties today together with notification of my right hon. and learned Friend's decision to accept the Reporter's recommendation that planning consent should be refused. I have written to the hon. Member today with details of the decision.
