§ Mr. Robert Banks
To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what is the amount raised by the London residuary body from property sales since its inception; and what is the current estimated value of its holdings.

§ Mr. Chope
During the first two years of the London residuary body's existence, completions of property sales amounted to £187 million. The remaining holdings, excluding the county hall site, are expected to realise over £100 million.
