§ Mr. ChurchillTo ask the Prime Minister if she will discuss the Post Office Plans to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the British invention of photography by William Henry Fox Talbot in 1839, by the issue of a special set of stamps.
§ The Prime MinisterSpecial stamp issues are a matter for the Post Office which, I understand, has decided not to include this event in its special stamp programme for 1989.
