§ Mr. ScottWe shall bear in mind the representations which my hon. Friend has made for the reduction of the lower age limit for mobility allowance when we examine the performance of existing benefits in the light of the new information coming from the surveys of disability, undertaken for us by the Office of Population Censuses and Surveys. These surveys have covered both adults and children, whether physically or mentally handicapped, and whether at home or in communal establishments, and a series of reports will be published from next September onwards.
