- John Leslie Nixon
- William John Cackett
- Peter Riley Roberts
- Neil Leslie Sayer
- Duncan Graham McLachlan
- John Keith Tooley
- Malcolm Allen
No prosecutions were brought against the companies associated with the individuals mentioned above; therefore it would be inappropriate to give details of the companies.
