§ Mr. NeedhamMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State met the chairman of BAA, on 18 November 1987. The Secretary of State expressed his concern at the facilities at Heathrow for Belfast passengers. Further discussions at official level are continuing to explore ways of improving facilities.
