§ Mr. Michael ForsythMy right hon. and learned Friend has received representations from several hon. Members, local authorities, other bodies and individuals. The majority of such representations have concerned both the role of the Crown Estate Commissioners and the exclusion of marine fish farms from the scope of planning controls.
