§ Mr. MooreI have today presented to the House the Government's observations on the report from the Social Services Committee on problems associated with AIDS. The committee's report provides a valuable focus on the issues raised by HIV infection and AIDS, and the Government's response sets out the strategy which they have adopted to meet the challenge of AIDS.
