§ Mr. Campbell-SavoursTo ask the Attorney-General (1) what is his policy on the prosecution of persons who claim the protection of a prerogative right of the Crown in cases where an infringement of the criminal law is alleged to have occurred;
(2) if he will make it his policy to prosecute any person employed by the Government who is alleged to have committed a criminal offence.
