(3) how many patients were treated in the National Health Service in Great Britain in 1986 as (a) out-patients, (b) in-patients and (c) day cases.
§ Mrs. CurrieBetween 1978 and 1986 the number of day cases treated in North Western regional health authority increased by 84.4 per cent. from 68,080 to 125,564. Some of the other requested information is given in the table. Statistics for the rest of Great Britain are a matter for my right hon. and learned Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland and my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Wales.
