§ Mr. Home RobertsonTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will make a statement on his policy for the future ownership and management of the national nature reserves at Achanarras Quarry, Beinn Eighe, Ben Lui, Blawhirn Moss, Braehead Moss, Cairngorms, Cairsmore of Fleet, Claish Moss, Corrieshalloch, Cragbank Wood, Creag Meagaidh, Dunnet Links, Glasdrum Wood, Glen Roy, Glen Tanar, Inverpolly, Loch Druidibeg, Loch Lomond, Loch Sunart Woodlands, Morton Lochs, Rannoch Moor, Rhum, Taynish and Tetsmuir Point, and for the future control of other national nature reserves in Scotland; and what consultations he has undertaken with Scottish interests on this subject.
§ Mr. MoynihanI refer the hon. Member to the reply my right hon. Friend gave on 13 January to the hon. Member for Copeland (Dr. Cunningham) at column281. I shall, of course, consult my right hon. and learned Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland about the outcome of the review of national nature reserves which is currently being undertaken by the Nature Conservancy Council.
