Mr. Nicholas Bennett

To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what information he has to the transfer between counties in England and Wales of milk quota in each year since 1984.

Records of quota transfer in England and Wales are maintained by the Milk Marketing Board on behalf of the Ministry. Data are kept on the basis of MMB regions rather than by county. The following table shows net quota transfers between regions:
