§ Sir Charles MorrisonTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) if he will publish, for every London borough, metropolitan district and non-metropolitan district, the proportion of income which would be taken by community charge in 1987–88 consistent with his figures of 17 November 1987 for community charges with no safety net for a married couple whose joint gross income was(a) £4,000, (b) £5,000, (c) £7,500, (d) £10,000, (e) £15,000, (f) £20,000, (g) £30,000, (h) £50,000, and (i) £100,000, on the assumption in each case that the couple was not entitled to any social security support;
(2) if he will publish, for every London borough, metropolitan district and non-metropolitan district, the proportion of income which would be taken by community charge in 1987–88 consistent with his figures of 17 November 1987 for community charges with no safety net, for a single person with a gross income of (a) £3,000, (b) £4,000, (c) £5,000, (d) £7,500, (e) £10,000, (f) £15,000, (g) £20,000, (h) £30,000, (i) £50,000, and (j) £100,000, on the assumption in each case that the individual was not entitled to any social security support.
