§ Mr. MoynihanI have not received any such representations. However, annual surveys of forest health are carried out by the Forestry Commission. Various surveys have been carried out, or are being carried out, into the effects of the great storm on 16 October 1987, but these are confined to the affected area in the south-east of England.
