372WA small number of payments of regional selective assistance have also been made to companies in the Lochaber district in the period 1980 to 1987 but details on these cannot be given as to do so would disclose information on individual businesses. No such payments were made to firms in the Badenoch and Strathspey district.
Details of payments under the old regional development grant scheme are available only for payments of over £25,000 to firms in the Fort William and Inverness local employment office areas (EOA) which subsume Lochaber and Badenoch respectively. These are set out as follows.
