What plans they have to make available the Department of the Environment's publications Grant Related Expenditure 1988–89 and The Technical Handbook of Grant Related Expenditure, 1988–89.

My right honourable friend the Secretary of State for the Environment has today placed copies of these documents in the Library of the House. Copies have also been sent to every local authority in England and to the local authority associations.
