§ Mr. RifkindA public consultation paper on the reform of the Building Standards (Scotland) Regulations, issued on 30 November 1987, has invited comment on the proposals to exempt consevatories, greenhouses, carports and covered areas of up to 30 sq and porches of up to 8 sq m.
