§ Mr. Michael SpicerAn application for outline planning consent for the European demonstration reprocessing plant at Dounreay (project C), which is a matter for my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland, was submitted on 30 May 1985. The CEGB sought my consent to construct the proposed coal-fired power station at Fawley (project E) on 3 February this 479W year. I am advised that those concerned have no plans to submit planning applications for projects F or G before 2 July 1988.
