§ Mr. Lilley[holding answer 22 February 1988]: The introduction of the single administrative document has given firms the opportunity to simplify their procedures and review their arrangements for producing Customs declarations. There are no plans to meet any transitional costs incurred from public funds.

It has not been necessary to make special arrangements to help small businesses engaged in road transport.
