Mr. Jopling

To ask the Secretary of State for Employment how many people were engaged in tourism in each of the travel-to-work areas covered by South Lakeland and Eden district councils at the latest convenient date.

The latest estimates, which relate to September 1984, are shown in the table. Those travel-to-work areas shown in brackets only cover small proportions of the local authority district under which they are listed.
