Mr. Austin Mitchell

To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster what was the total output of textiles by value, the percentage exported and the proportion of the domestic market taken by imports in(a) the United Kingdom, (b) West Germany and (c) Japan in 1985, 1960, 1965, 1970, 1975 and in each year from 1979 to 1987.
