To ask the Secretary of State for Employment when he now expects to receive the Jarvis plc/Manpower Services Commission report on the Settle to Carlisle railway corridor; and if he will make a statement.

I expect to receive the report at the beginning of March, and intend that it will be published very shortly afterwards.
