§ Mr. MooreThe Department's expenditure on consultants is recorded in budget years from April to March. It is not possible to isolate expenditure on management consultants alone as there is considerable overlap with computer consultancies. The expenditure on management and computer consultancies for 1983–84, 1984–85, 1985–86, 1986–87 and the estimated expenditure for 1987–88 are as follows:
