§ Mr. Ralph HowellTo ask the Secretary of State for Social Services what is the total acreage of(a) St. Andrew's hospital, Thorpe St. Andrew, Norwich (North) and (b) St. Andrew's hospital, Thorpe St. Andrew, Norwich (South); and if he will give details in each case of the valuation prior to the recent revaluation and present valuation as decided by the district valuer.
§ Mrs. CurrieThe acreages are 123 and 32 respectively. Valuations of these sites were not provided by the district valuer in 1985. As the sale of one of the sites is now under active consideration, I am not prepared to prejudice effective marketing by disclosing the current valuation.
