§ Mr. John Marshall
To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster when he now expects to receive the inspector's report into the House of Fraser.

§ Mr. Maude
The inspector's interim report on the membership of the House of Fraser plc was published on 9 August 1984. His investigation under section 172 of the Companies Act 1948 is concluded, and no further report will be published.
The investigation into the affairs of Fraser Holdings plc under section 432(2) Companies Act 1985 continues and I am unable to say when a report will be received.
