§ Mr. StanleySince 1984, 114 convictions have been obtained against paramilitaries who had defrauded the Inland Revenue. All convictions were against those believed to belong to Republican groups. Convictions have been obtained against paramilitaries believed to belong to Loyalist groups for other types of racketeering offences.
