To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what has been the cost of advertising and signposting leisure drives in Cheshire in the last year for which figures are available; how many people he estimates use the designated routes who would not otherwise use them; and if he will make a statement.

Leisure drive signing is entirely a matter for Cheshire county council as local highway authority. My hon. Friend may wish to contact the council.
